Of Victory We Cry
- By: Brad Angelsberg
Calavary arise,
Come to the seas and fight.
Give honor a new light,
But allow one man to rise above the rest.
To sing of valor and the true warrior.
Reasons are unseen,
But he does not fight in the name of things of war.
Of love he sings,
Love of a country..
Love of a family..
Love of a wife..
There was his strength.
A fuel he could draw on forever.
Cry,
Battle Cry,
Honor, love and Respect.
Be the horns that he wishes to hear.
Hearing those trumpetiers in his death would remind him of what he died for.

Broken Dreams
- By: Ebony Veil
- Website: Ebony's Poems
She said she was sorry so many times
But her words weren't good enough for her "crimes"
Her eyes lit up as he pulled his fist back
She choked on the air, the breath she lacked
Her head snapped to the side as it hit
The second her love and dreams shattered into bits
She felt herself be jerked off the ground
Then her body fly as he threw her around
Her petite frame curled up from fright
Why did this happen? yesterday everything was alright
Soon came those falling crystaline tears
The salty drops stained her cheeks showing her fear
The stalking foot steps started for her
Was he gonna hurt her again? She wasn't sure
She looked up in fear and broken dreams
But another vicious hit brought out her screams
She pleaded and begged for him to stop
But he beat her till she dropped
One more kick made her limp body shake
This was just too much for her fragile dreams to take

Aloneness
- By: -|- Anjle -|-
My soul reaches out to be touched
By someone who cares
When nothing suffices
I draw it back deep into myself
And I am blinded to see
It has been defiled by the graffiti of hate
Two tears fall from my eyes
One for sadness, one for pity
When I go out into the world
And look back at myself
I see the tortured huddled mass
Wiping the perpetual bit of hatred
Spat into my eye
The hate so dark
That only the blind can see
And only the deaf can hear
...and only those who survive can understand...
